"My order did show up later than…"
My order did show up later than expected, which was a little frustrating at the time, but it did eventually arrive. In the end, I was just relieved to finally have it

"Took a while and the answers kept changing"
It took quite a while to hear back from customer service, and when I did, I felt like I was getting different answers depending on who replied. That was frustrating and made the whole thing drag on longer than it needed to. They did sort it out in the end, but the communication could definitely be more consistent.

"Pretty clean overall, right?"
I went in and the store seemed clean to me. The aisles were tidy and the floors looked like they’d been looked after, which is always nice to see. The toilets could’ve been a bit better, though, but overall it was fine, I’d say

"Frustrating to Put Together"
I was already feeling rushed when I started putting this together, and it just made the whole thing even more frustrating. The holes didn’t line up properly, and the instructions were so confusing that I kept having to stop and double-check everything. Assembly turned into way more of a hassle than I expected

"Queue was a bit much"
Popped in for a couple of bits and ended up spending more time waiting in the queue than actually shopping. There was only one till open and the staff seemed really rushed with everything. This kind of thing seems to happen a lot now, it does put me off going back...

"Orders got cancelled both times"
I tried ordering twice because the item was showing as in stock, but both times the orders got cancelled a few days later. Frustrating and just a waste of time. They didn’t really give any proper update either, which made it even more annoying

"Easy to Shop, But Missed a Few Things"
The aisles were nice and clear, so it was easy to get around and I found most of what I needed quickly. I did have a little trouble finding a couple items though, did anyone else run into that?

"Easy enough to use, but communication could be clearer"
The website was simple to get around, and the search worked fine for the most part. I found what I needed without too much fuss, though a few pages were a bit slow to load. Checkout was clear enough, but I did get annoyed by some unclear communication along the way. A little more straightforward info would’ve made the whole experience smoother.

"Ordered a few bits from The…"
Ordered a few bits from The Range and ended up needing to send one thing back cos it wasn’t quite right. The return did go through in the end, but it felt a bit longer than it needed to be and not super clear at first. Took me a while to find the right info, and the refund wasn’t exactly quick either. Customer service did get back to me eventually and it all got sorted, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything... just could defo be a bit easier.

"Delivery Fee Was Just Too High"
I get that delivery costs money and drivers need to be paid, but the fee felt way too expensive for what I ordered. I’m not trying to complain for no reason, but it really made the whole purchase feel less worth it.

"Great bargains when the offers are on"
I usually shop at The Range when they’ve got discounts or promo deals going, it can feel like hitting the jackpot when you find home bits cheaper than everywhere else. I’ve picked up a few things for the house and felt ridiculously pleased with myself. The only downside is that some items vanish faster than you can blink, and the delivery info could definitely be clearer. But overall, the prices are really good, so I’m happy to give them 4 stars.

"Pretty disappointing packaging"
The box showed up ripped, and some of the items inside were scratched. that’s just not okay, if someone is paying for a product, it should be packed and handled with more care. Disappointing experience...

"Decent prices, but the delivery wording is misleading"
I ordered a few bits for the house from The Range because the prices looked good and there was plenty to choose from. The products were mostly fine, but the delivery took longer than the wording on the site made it sound, which was annoying. The tracking wasn’t very clear either, so I didn’t really know what was going on half the time. One item turned up with a small mark on it, but I ended up keeping it because I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of sending it back. Not a terrible experience, just a bit hit and miss, and I wish they were clearer about delivery times.

The garden item I bought felt flimsy right away and ended up breaking way sooner than I expected. I’m really not happy with the quality and thought it would last a lot longer.

"Damaged Again"

"Wrong items and canned apologies"
My order showed up with two wrong items, which was annoying. I had to chase it up myself, and the responses felt like the usual canned apologies rather than someone actually trying to sort it out properly. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating...

"Missing items and confusing emails"
I ordered a few bits from The Range, but when the delivery turned up, two items were missing. There wasn’t any note in the parcel to explain if they were coming separately or anything. I tried getting in touch with customer service, but it took ages to get a proper reply, and the email seemed to say something different again, which just made it more confusing. I’m still waiting to either get the missing items or a refund. Not great really, and I probably wouldn’t order online from them again.

I ordered from The Range and it just felt really poor from start to finish. There was barely any delivery information, the tracking didn’t seem to update properly, and nobody let me know it was delayed. I ended up having to chase it myself and still didn’t really get a clear answer. Just a really frustrating experience overall, and the communication was not good at all.
